Our Puppy Dog

While out "tooling around the yard" as our neighbor, Ed, would say, we captured some of life's sweetest moments:

Over the last 6-8 months, Jack has had his fair share of life changing events as well.  He is such a trooper.  I know that he misses his cuddle time.  Every chance he gets where my lap is empty he plops right on in!  I miss him too, and I welcome those plops with open arms.  He is a very, very sweet puppy.  Still very rambunctious, but very sweet too!

When I think about the future, I know that he and Kate will be best buds.  She lights up when he comes into the room.  It's only a matter of time before she is purposely dropping her food on the floor for Jack to gobble it up.  We're not going to promote such behavior, but we are also not going to prevent the inevitable.  We will strike a good balance.  Jack will make out in the end.

Our sweet puppy dog will win - win us over, win extra treats, win extra love.  We ♥ you, Jack, and always will!
