Six Pennies

And last, but certainly not least, the last ingredient for a happy marriage (or so I'm told) is a sixpence that I am to wear in my shoe. The sixpence symbolizes wealth and/or (depending on which website you are reading from) love and happiness. And just to make this extra special, I ordered a sixpence from the year my Mom was born.

Ok, so I'm a lush for incorporating items from people that mean the absolute world to me, but I am so excited to have a little piece of all of them with me. It's going to be a fabulous day, and deep down inside I can't wait to receive my sixpence!
